KIERSTIN WNEK,  LMT, CST, RYT 

Kierstin is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Cranial Sacral Therapist, Reiki Master, and IET Practitioner with a passion for creating safe, supportive spaces where others can heal, reconnect, and feel more like themselves. Through individual and group sessions, she draws from a variety of yoga, energy work, and massage modalities, with a special focus on connecting with the inner child and helping others rediscover their joy.

Kierstin believes healing is multifaceted and that no two journeys look the same. Her approach is intuitive, therapeutic, and personalized, using primarily craniosacral, myofascial, and Swedish massage techniques. She understands that sometimes healing doesn’t mean doing more, it means slowing down, decompressing, relaxing, and creating space to feel all the feelings. She also enjoys incorporating tarot, astrology, sound healing, and crystals into her sessions when it feels supportive, offering a more holistic approach to exploring and addressing the root of what may be keeping us stuck.

Outside of her healing work, you might find Kierstin at an EDM show or festival, dancing her heart out. As spiritual as she is, she is also deeply human and believes in the importance of having safe spaces to let loose, play, and simply be. She loves practicing what it means to be the calm within the chaos. Her big three are Virgo Sun, Leo Moon, and Sagittarius Rising—an earthy, fiery, and adventurous combination that reflects her love of growth, connection, and fun.

Kierstin loves connecting with all kinds of people and is always looking for new ways to build community, collaborate, and bring a little more joy, playfulness, and fun into an often very serious world.
