Aerial Yoga classes:
Mondays with Cassie (5:30pm-6:30pm)
Thursdays with Sue (6pm-7pm)
~ $25 Drop-In
$20 per class as part of the 5-Class Yoga Package!
All classes will be held indoor until Spring 2026. 

*Also look for Cosmic Floating Aerial Sound Baths, Kids Aerial, & Restorative Aerial with sound bath classes on various nights each month.
