Treatments and services are designed to be a health aid and relaxation therapy for our community and in no way take the place of medical care. The services performed by the staff of SoderWorld are non-sexual and we have zero tolerance to those types of requests to our professional therapists.
Health History- Clients must have a health history form on file in our system and state all known and relevant medical conditions. Clients must take it upon themselves to keep the therapist updated on their physical or mental illness if they change. Management reserves the right to refuse any client who may have a contraindication or end any therapy where the client does not honor the professional code of ethics. All therapists are independent contractors and work as such. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience at SoderWorld, please ask to speak with a manager and we will be happy to assist you in any way.
On Premise Conduct- SoderWorld upholds an atmosphere of serenity. Please keep your voices down, walk softly, and keep electronic devices silent while at our facility (inside & outside). Any person that exhibits aggressive, negative or disruptive behavior will be asked to leave the premises.
Garden of Eden- All are welcome to come walk our property from 8am-8pm or until sunset. Our property is gravel paths, stone steps, and rough terrain in certain places. You are walking the gardens at your own risk and only certain areas are handicap accessible, please call our front desk if you need special assistance. During Winter months the paths are not plowed so it is not recommended to walk the gardens when there is snow or ice present. We ask that you respect our sanctuary and others who may be walking or meditating on our grounds. We have a right to ask anyone to leave our property if they are underage without an adult present or being disrespectful to our grounds or those on it.
*In our gardens, children under the age of 16 must but accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
Children- Children are welcome to receive treatments, yet we do not offer special prices for children. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have parental consent and signature to recieve a treatment. Any children under the age of 15, a parent must stay in room during treatment. *In our gardens, children under the age of 16 must but accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
Handicapped- Our facility is equipped to service handicapped individuals for most therapies & classes on the main floor. If you will need assistance, please inform a staff member. Some of our back property is not handicap accessible, if you would like to access the property please contact the front desk so we may assist you.
Cancellation Policy- Appointments are guaranteed, however, if you are unable to keep an appointment kindly give 24 hours notice. If you late cancel or no show, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee/full amount of service that will be charged to your card on file. New clients: please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. To ensure that our services run as smoothly as possible, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or take a shorter appointment, while still being charged for full price of original service. Lockers and showers are available for clients.
Gratuity - Tips are not included in prices listed. Your therapist works hard and tips are greatly appreciated. Tips can be added to credit card payments.
Gift Certificates- Gift certificates are available online or in person and are great for birthdays and the holiday seasons. We offer certificates for any dollar amount. Lost gift certificates cannot be replaced. No refunds or cash back on gift certificates but a gratuity for our therapists may be used from gift certificates. Gift certificates cannot be used towards any of our Independent Holistic Health Partners or Chiropractors. Gift Certificates are to be used within a year, if it is used after a year time period, there is a $25 fee taken out.
If you are feeling sick, we ask that you please cancel your appointment or class reservation as soon as possible by calling 630.455.5885 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org We have the right to refuse service or attendance of a class to anyone who is exhibiting cold or flu like symptoms.
*Kindly give at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Missed appointments/class without proper notification will be charged full service price. Late Cancels less then 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the service price.
*We will not take Walk Ins, so advanced booking of services required. A credit card will be required to book your service. If you have not given your credit card info to the front desk staff yet, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment/reservation or it will be cancelled. Your credit card will not be charged until after your service.
*All classes & workshops are pre-registration only (No Walk Ins) and for paid workshops, the fee must be paid in full at time of registration. Whenever weather permits, some classes may be held outside.
*A reminder call/email will be given prior to your appointment or class, please confirm your appointment so we know you are coming.
*Please do not arrive more then 15 mins prior to your scheduled time unless you will be using the Salt Cave, browsing the retail area, or walking the gardens.
*Face masks are optional in our building. We do not give out our staff's private information. If you have any special requests in regards to masks or vaccines, please let us know prior to booking your appointment. Call our front desk staff at 630-455-5885 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Our staff will continue to follow all proper sanitation procedures.
*When you are in common areas, we ask that you continue to keep social distance between yourself and other clients as much as possible.
