Sound Journey Sundays are held on most Sundays each month. This healing journey with a variety of different instruments & vocals is led by various sound healers in the main Yoga Room. Please check mindbody schedule for dates.

Journey Inward through Art Paint Classes & Parties are held after hours, once a month on a Saturday Night. These intuitive style paint classes have different themes each month and are led by Misty Soderholm. Please check mindbody schedule for dates.
