BIO:

Stephanie Brown is a certified Visionary Cranial Sacral Therapist and teacher, and a licensed Massage Therapist. She is the founder of Illumined Soul integrative healing arts, designed to “awaken your inner Radiance.” Stephanie is a graduate of the School of Holistic Massage & Reflexology and the Sacred Journey Institute in Tinley Park, where she studied and taught with the late Don Massat, legendary “City Shaman” and founder of the SJI school and the Beyond Wellness Center. 

Stephanie’s passion is connecting clients with their true selves—their life-force energy, wisdom, and light. She believes that when the body is deeply relaxed and the nervous system feels safe, healing unfolds naturally from within. 

Her signature sessions seamlessly blend massage with craniosacral therapy. Through long flowing integrative strokes, gentle rocking, stretching, mindful presence, and a holistic approach, each session gently quiets the mind, releases physical tension, and prepares the body for the deeper, subtle work of craniosacral therapy. Her work invites you to slow down, and reconnect with yourself. As the body softens, space is created for greater ease, clarity, balance, and well-being.
