Our online booking system is open from 8:30am- 8:30pm. If you are wanting an appointment time that is within a 3 hour window of your requested time, we ask that you call the center at 630-455-5885 during business hours to see if we can get you in. Online appointment requests are not guaranteed, you must either get a confirmation email or call from our front desk staff to be confirmed. A credit card on file is required for final confirmation. Requests submitted after 8pm for our first appointment the following day may not be accepted.

MASSAGE
More of a sensory experience than a traditional massage. This Esalen style massage is known for its long free- flowing strokes over the whole body in synchronization to the music. Aromatherapy, energy work, and hot towel wipe down are included, leaving the recipient deeply relaxed and experiencing a natural state of well-being

HOT STONE MASSAGE
The use of warm basalt and marble stones during the massage creates a “vascular gymnastics” of the circulatory system to assist the body in self-healing. LAVA SHELL MASSAGE
This Earth-friendly massage is done by using Tiger-Striped Clam shells made from recycled food waste. During the massage the Lava Shells heat up from the inside. The heat ranges from comfort heat to deep heat. The heat and the natural shape of the Lava Shell helps to relieve your knots and tight muscles.

AYURVEDIC ODYSSEY MASSAGE
This unique experience is a combination of three Ayurvedic body massages in one. It starts with a raw-silk glove massage (Garshana), followed by a herbalized oil massage. Using synchronized massage strokes of lighter (Abhyanga) & deeper (Vishesh) Ayurvedic massage techniques, the therapist is able to relieve tension and help re-balance the body, mind, & spirit. This relaxing treatment finishes with a hot towel wipe down and energy balancing.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
This is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Each session is performed directly on skin without oils, creams or machinery. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of pressure to facilitate release the fascia.

ASHIATSU MASSAGE
In the Japenese language, “Ashi” translates to foot and “Atsu” into pressure. Ashiatsu Massage, is a barefoot technique in which the therapist applies deep, broad pressure while using their feet. Ashiatsu therapists work with gravity and their own body weight to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client. Oil is applied to the clients body making this deep therapeutic massage fluid and relaxing. A stool and parallel bars above the massage table are used for balance & support.

RAINDROP TECHNIQUE
Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils are dispensed like drops of rain from a height of about six inches above the back, then feathered and massaged along the vertebrae and back muscles. Although the entire session takes sixty minutes to complete, the oils continue to work in the body for up to one week. This helps with emotional release, relaxation, and detoxification

ION FOOT BATH
The ion foot spa does not make the body detox, it stimulates the body to self detoxification. When using the Ion Foot Spa, the whole body detoxifies through many organs including the skin, kidneys, liver, bowels, lungs and lymph by rebalancing the body’s negative and positive charge balance. After a treatment the body will continue to detoxify for up to 48 hours.
